Satisfactory stay. Some areas need attention

The staff was always willing to assist. They were so kind! The hotel is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. I could walk to the Astronomical Clock in just two minutes. Breakfast had a wide selection of dishes to choose from. It had a great range!
The heating in my room didn't work most of the time. I had to complain several times. My room faced the road. Street noise made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

malfunctioning safe crowded breakfast area
the location was acceptable though access during peak hours faced minor pedestrian congestion.
The in-room safe malfunctioned on two occasions, it required maintenance intervention each time. the breakfast area became excessively crowded between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. finding a vacant table proved difficult. I had to wait for seating.
